We ship worldwide from our UK warehouse. Standard international shipping typically takes 7-14 business days, while express options can arrive within 3-5 business days depending on your location.
How do I know which jersey size to order?
Our cycling apparel features a 'Pro-Fit' design which is aerodynamic and slim. We recommend checking the size guide on each product page and sizing up if you prefer a more relaxed fit.
What is your return policy for cycling kits?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items with original tags attached. For hygiene reasons, we ask that bib shorts are tried on over clean underwear.
Will I have to pay import duties or taxes?
Orders shipped outside of the UK may be subject to local import duties and taxes. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Are your water bottles BPA-free?
Yes, all Global Cycling Network water bottles and bidons are 100% BPA-free and designed to be easy to squeeze for quick hydration while riding.
Can I track my order once it has shipped?
